QA/QC Introduction

We have implemented a TQM (Total Quality Management) system, for which the General Manager is directly responsible. Subordinate to him are the Sales Director, QC Head Director, department managers, production managers and section QC officers.

All QC personnel have at least 8 years experience in conducting quality assurance procedures. They are responsible for checking that each batch of garments are both produced in accordance with the order specifications, and meet our quality standards.
